Welcome to Xuyan, the royal banquet where you can dress up as an imperial noble or a foreign envoy, and join a grand banquet with live performances and interactive rituals.


Reservation and Seat of Xuyan, the Royal Banquet
You can call the restaurant or use the wechat Mini-program of Xuyan the royal Banquet to make a reservation in advance. It's best to book at least 15 days in advance.

The seating is divided into three rows at each side. The first row (SVIP seat) is more expensive than the other three and is the hardest to reserve, as it offers the best views. The third row (VIP area) is built on a higher platform, offering a wider and more elevated view, and it is the second most expensive option. The second row (regular seating area) is the least expensive option.
Prices of Xuyan, the Royal Banquet
Lunch prices are as follows: SVIP area 498 RMB, VIP area 458 RMB, and regular area 398 RMB per person.
Dinner prices are as follows: SVIP area 698 RMB, VIP area 598 RMB and regular area 498 RMB per person.
The restaurant is often booked for wedding banquets in the evening, so dinner reservations are not available every day.
Makeup and Hair
You can spend 100 RMB on hairstyling and outfit selection, and another 100 RMB on makeup. Or you can choose to spend 388 RMB on the Chinese Flower Goddess themed Cosplay at Xuyan the royal Banquet.



Start Time
lunch starts at 11:50 AM. Arriving by 10 AM for styling is recommended, as there are many outfit options. Arriving later is fine; you can still eat and take photos, but the scenes are average and may not look great in pictures.
Dinner starts at 18:50 PM.
Dishes of Xuyan, the Royal Banquet
The restaurant offers a total of 14 dishes, including 3 appetizers, 3 cold dishes, 8 hot dishes, and 1 dessert. The food includes seafood such as abalone and scallops, meats like beef, pork, and river fish, as well as vegetables like asparagus. The portion sizes for each dish are not large. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to inform the restaurant in advance.

Performances of Xuyan, the Royal Banquet
The performances and food serving take place alternately, with the current theme being "Chang'an Lychee." The performances include recitations of poems by the famous ancient Chinese poet Li Bai, dances by the Huji, and interactive moments with the Lychee Ambassador, who engages the diners by passing around the "lychee" while drumming.
