General Terms of Service 

 

• Service Fee Clarification: The prices shown are for the planning and booking service fee only. This fee does not include any third-party costs, such as airfare, train tickets, attraction tickets, hotel accommodations, meals, or activity fees. All third-party costs will be paid separately by the client, either directly or reimbursed at cost after we make bookings on your behalf.

• Service Commencement: Our service officially begins upon receipt of the full service fee and the completed the following client questionnaire.

• Standard Deliverables:

  • Itinerary Plan: A professionally designed PDF document containing a detailed day-by-day schedule, activity descriptions, addresses (in both English and Chinese), transportation advice, and our exclusive local tips.

  • Booking Voucher Pack: A consolidated digital file or email containing all confirmation codes, QR codes, or electronic vouchers for the train tickets and attraction admissions we have booked for you, complete with clear instructions for use.

  • Recommendation List: A curated list tailored to your interests, featuring recommended restaurants, shopping areas, and unique local experiences, with brief descriptions and addresses.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund within 24 Hours: You may request to cancel the service and receive a 100% refund of the service fee within 24 hours of payment.

• Half Refund Before Commencement: If you request to cancel the service before we sent you the first draft, you are eligible for a 50% refund. 

• Non-Refundable After Commencement: Once we have sent you the first draft of your itinerary plan, our planning work is considered to have substantially begun. At this point, the service fee becomes non-refundable. This is because our core value lies in the time, expertise, and planning labor we invest.

• Third-Party Cancellation Rules: For any tickets booked on your behalf, the cancellation and modification policies will strictly adhere to the official rules of the respective suppliers (e.g., China Rail, attraction management). We will assist you in processing any possible refunds, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
