Day 1: Discover the magic of the mountain city
Morning Pick up from your hotel and begin the adventure from the heart of Chongqing --Liberation Monument. Visit Kuixing Lou to have a glimpse into Chongqing’s mountain landscape. Explore Shancheng Alley, a preserved neighborhood that captures the essence of old Chongqing.
Lunch Have lunch and relax around Shancheng Alley
Afternoon Experience the thrill of the Changjiang Cable Car, a unique way to cross the Yangtze River. Stroll through Xiahao Li, a historic district that preserves the charm of Chongqing and wait for the city to light up.
Dinner Enjoy a local dinner near XiahaoLi or Hongya Cave.
Night Conclude your first day at Hongya Cave, where neon lights illuminate traditional stilt houses.
Optional: You can also take a river cruise to fully enjoy the night view of Chongqing.
Day2 Chongqing Hidden Gems
Morning Start your day at the Lizibai Viewing Platform, famous for the iconic “train-through-building” light rail station.
