Important Information
Booking: Reservations must be made at least one day in advance.
Participant Requirements: For your safety, all participants must be between 18 and 45 years old, weigh between 40kg (88 lbs) and 90kg (198 lbs), and be in good physical health. Participants must not have any of the following conditions: heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, neurological disorders, asthma, respiratory diseases, eye diseases, severe myopia (over 600 degrees), eye injuries, acrophobia (fear of heights), history of bone fractures, back or neck problems, surgery within the last 6 months, pregnancy, or be under the influence of alcohol.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Park Entry: On your first day of entry, an official staff member will guide you into the park. For the following three days, you will need to book your own entry time in advance via the official小程序 (mini-program) and enter using your ID.
Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to your scheduled jump date will incur an 8% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled jump date will incur a 50% service and processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the event.
Please note: No refunds will be given if you decide not to jump once you are on the platform.
